My Story and Learnings:

I proved as an executive in corporate America it’s possible to do kick-ass work, make a positive impact in the world, be super connected to my kids and those I care about, and be strong, healthy, and vital.  We don’t have to suffer, and we CAN “have it all”.

In over 20 years in business as a leader in corporations and as an executive coach and organizational development expert, I learned the only way to “have it all” is to step into your own power. This is not the old archaic definition of power such as greed, control, and ego, but your authentic power of love, vision, courage, creativity, and faith. We must become leaders of ourselves first and foremost to be leaders in our families, businesses, and the greater world.

If we continue to wait for others to create the path for us, we’ll be waiting forever.
